Relamping and Reballasting
Savings of approximately 20 to 30% can be achieved by upgrading existing lamps and ballasts to current technology. Over the past 10 years, NLT Group's specialized crews have cleaned, relamped and reballasted many of Toronto's major office buildings using GE, Philips and Osram lamps and ballasts.

Retrofitting
Retrofitting is the next step up from relamping and reballasting. NLT Group typically finds savings of 30 to 60% by upgrading the inner workings of the installed light fixtures to use leading edge lamp technology.

Lighting Redesign
The greatest savings can be realized by performing a total redesign and replacement of all lighting components. Today's technology reduces the number of fixtures needed and at the same time gives dramatic improvements in control and manageability.
